1. General

By accessing and using Peti.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. Peti.pk primarily accepts Cash on Delivery (COD). Advance bank payments are optional and used to waive delivery charges.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days across Pakistan. Delays may occur due to courier or weather conditions beyond our control.

4. Returns & Replacement

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on Peti.pk, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
